Class display
Pictures from the Meat & Poultry According to Joël Robuchon class and the Sauce and Jus' Application class. Scallop-stuffed salmon with chicken jus, langoustine something, kidneys with asparagus and something, chorizo-stuffed pork roast with red pepper sauce, and a huge beautiful braised veal shin, I believe. Niiice!
